Zumba Classes

Parenting in the context of domestic abuse can diminish the relationship between the child and non-abusive parent. Our program allow survivors to make positive memories and foster a bond with their child(ren) to repair the damages caused by abuse. We offer a range of activities for parents and children to select from so they can get on with creating precious memories together.
