For Parents, Young People, and Families
Supporting Long-Term Healing, Stability, Confidence, and Personal Growth
At Child and Youth Partnerships, we recognise that lasting change often requires more than crisis support alone. Children, young people, and parents are more likely to thrive when they are supported holistically — emotionally, socially, practically, and personally.
Our Lifestyle Coaching and Mentoring support is designed to help individuals and families rebuild confidence, strengthen wellbeing, improve stability, and move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and resilience following trauma, domestic abuse, adversity, or major life transitions.
We believe that when parents and caregivers feel more supported, emotionally regulated, empowered, and hopeful, children benefit too. Stronger support systems, healthier routines, improved wellbeing, and positive guidance can have a meaningful impact on the entire family environment.
Our Approach
Our support is trauma-informed, strengths-based, culturally aware, and tailored to the individual needs, goals, and lived experiences of each person.
Sessions provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to reflect, build confidence, identify barriers, and work toward meaningful personal and family goals at a manageable pace.
